What meditation means to me …

Speed=Distance/Time” said Xiaochen Zhang, Advisor – China Capital Market, Reality Xe, Washington DC.

And he continued…

“Our recurrent problem is  from the speed with which our society operates.”

“Meditation helps us to slow down for a moment and take care of the self, rather than, the noises around us. Meditation makes us closer to ourselves” said Xiaochen Zhang, Advisor – China Capital Market, Reality Xe, Washington DC.
